Jesus is a veteran and former law enforcement officer with nearly 20 years of service who became interested in training dogs after working alongside local K9 units as their backup when they were deployed. He started training his own dogs 12 years ago under the mentorship of Frank Cowen at Precision K9 Plus and after several years began training dogs for that company. During his time there, he trained dogs of all sizes, ages and breeds which provided him with a wealth of hands-on experience as well as practical knowledge which he now brings to Happy Tails Canine Services.
